What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (the scope estimator or a call booking request), we collect:

• Your work email address and company name
• Your role and self-reported budget range (optional fields)
• Project details you choose to share, and any priorities you select
• The scope selections you made in the estimator (project type, architecture, add-ons, and the resulting estimate)

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site. If you contact us via the WhatsApp button, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare an accurate scope and estimate, and contact you about your project. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry data only as long as necessary to respond to you or, if we work together, for the duration of our engagement and any legally required retention period afterward. You can request deletion at any time — see below.

Your rights

Depending on where you are based, you may have rights under the GDPR, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), or another applicable law — including the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to how it is processed. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@fathom.ae and we will respond within a reasonable time.
